Finally!! It arrived :-) I had originally ordered this blush with the rest of my Ben Nye stash but for some reason it wasn't included in the delivery.Got it just a few weeks back and i got to say ,i am really loving this little gem .

Hair buns.....How to?

Making a hair bun is an easy and elegant way of getting out of the usual hair style rut that one gets into with the same hair style daily.Also it is the best solution to a bad hair day.You can make one simply by twisting your hair and wounding it around in a doughnut shape and securing with hair pins.The issue with going this route is that if you have long / heavy hair , the hair style wont hold for too long.So here are two ways that help me keep my hair bun in mint condition the whole day :-)

Garnier "Skin Naturals" wrinkle lift anti ageing cream

Garnier is one of those brands that i have had a love - hate relationship with.Some of the products work for my skin type (which is oily combination) , most though.... dont.

I am a complete novice when it comes to Magnetic Nail polishes so when i saw these at the beauty counter , i ended up buying this one more out of curiosity than anything else.

I having been meaning to get my hands on one of these concealer wheels since i first read a blogpost on the Kryolan ones , a few months back .I am a big believer in the power of a concealer and getting all this versatility in a single product was too good to pass ;-)

St.Ives "Timeless skin" Apricot Scrub

 

I wont be exaggerating when i say that i have been using this forever.I have tried a few other brand but i have always come back to St Ives Apricot scrub.

MUA Makeup Academy Mosaic Bronzer "natural Glow"

 

Believe it or not but this is the first bronzer i have owned  .Previously i either did not contour or used a blush or an eye shade to get the job done.But since i have seen a lot of fellow bloggers doing such a great job with contouring, i thought i should take it a bit more seriously  ;-)

When a friend of mine who's sister was coming from US offered to get me make up products, i opted to go for Ben Nye as i have been wanting to try some of the products for the longest time.

Clean and Clear Fruit Essentials Facial Cleanser

Facial cleansers are a dime a dozen in the market these days.Hardly anyone i know uses soap to wash their face.Clean and Clear has been the go to brand when it comes to my family , in terms of cleansers.I usually buy myself the original one and i am pretty satisfied with it so i have not tried anything new in a while.Why mess with a good thing ....Right? But i have read a few reviews from fellow bloggers on these cleansers by Clean & Clear and the pink color looked so tempting on the shelf while browsing the cosmetics floor at Naheed , that i couldn't stop myself from buying it;)

Glysolid Glycerine Body cream

I had been on the look out for a good body cream for the last few months or so.And tried multiple products. Each time i went to my local cosmetic counter , the owner kept trying to get me to buy this product.So finally, after trying a bunch of creams and body butters (with no great success i might add) , i bought this.I have been using it for the last two months and here is what i think :-)

Brow kits are necessary art of any beauty arsenal.You get color and precision  all in one small neat package that is easy to carry around and great to use.I have been using this brow kit by Sleek cosmetics for 2-3 months now and its time to share my opinions with you ;)

Kryolan Cake Eyeliner sealer and Aqua color in 071 Black

This product has been on my wishlist for a very long while.And i am happy to say that all the waiting was not in vain.

Essence 24h Hand protection balm

Skin care is something that gets added attention in winters.Although i do not have super dry skin , i do Hate the feeling of dry hands with vengeance.The latest product that we have been testing is this "24h hand protection balm" by Essence cosmetics.

Outfit of the day

Karachi's weather is doing its "thing" again ;) Running from hot to cold to hot .I guess this time of the year is hardest on the fashion industry as they have no idea what to pitch to the clients.Shawls , tights........... Oh wait! people are sweating buckets outside.The latest lawn collection .....but the weather just turned cold enough to warrant wearing a sweater (lolz).This outfit today, in my opinion can be worn with relative ease in this time of uncertainty for our fair city's weather :)

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream

I am a big fan of tinted moisturizers and bb creams.The idea of not having to wear a full coverage foundation on a daily basis is really appealing to me.I just feel that for people who don't want to wear a full face of makeup every day , bb creams are a God send.
